The spa was great, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and offered a stunning view of the river. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of cooked items, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and juices. The location was perfect, especially for attending events at the nearby arena. Additionally, the hotel had a bar on the 18th floor, where I enjoyed a spectacular nighttime view.

The location was unbeatable, right in the center of the old city wall. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and accommodating staff to the efficient housekeeping and laundry services. The airport shuttle was a great convenience, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure.
